THERE’S nothing worse than not being able to find a parking space – so say customers at St John’s in Warwick.
More than 500 customers who are struggling to find a space outside the row of shops – which includes an off-licence, barbers and Chinese takeaway – have signed a petition calling for the two hour parking limit to be reduced.
The petition was organised by Michael Michaels of St John’s Fish Bar before being handed to Warwick West’s Coun John Holland.
Coun Holland said: “This is a very reasonable request and a sensible solution to a very real problem.
“There will have to be a public consultation but I hope that this change can go forward.”
