Fun day on at Hatton Country World with the Dogs Trust

Leamington Editorial 8th Jul, 2016 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

TAILS will be wagging at this year’s Dogs Trust Fun Day at Hatton Country World.

Dogs and their owners are invited to the event on Sunday (July 10) between 11am and 4pm. It will include a fun dog show, games marquee, dog activities area, raffle, tombola and a BBQ.

There will also be the chance to meet some of the lost and abandoned dogs who are in the care of Dogs Trust and looking for new homes.

Entry costs £2 per adult and 50p per child.

A LABRADOR who has spent the last ten years in kennels is looking for her fur-ever home.

Ten-year-old Rosie was first taken to Dogs Trust in Kenilworth when she was a puppy.

And despite a brief period in a happy home, she was soon returned and put back up for adoption.

Now staff are hoping the kind natured dog will be offered a loving home for the rest of her life and have even created a bucket list.

It includes Rosie sitting on a sofa enjoying cuddles with her family, having an 11th birthday party and Christmas day in her own home and going for a day at the beach.
