Myton Hospice receives a helping hand from Leamington businesses

FUNDS will be raised for Myton Hospice through a number of business networking events.

‘Leamington Tweetup’ will see local businesses build on relationships while raising money for the hospice – which helps those suffering from a life-limiting illness.

New Tweetup organisers Amanda Woodhead and Louise Crane plan to hold the free meetings several times a year, with their first one this Thursday (September 3) at 7pm at Audley Binswood on Binswood Avenue.

Organiser Amanda – owner of therapy business Blue Owl Therapy – said: “We understand the importance and value of business networking in building relationships and we are delighted to be the new organisers of Leamington Tweetup. Our events are about the face-to-face element of networking, bringing together the local business community in a fun and informal environment.

There will also be an important charity element to all of our events. At the upcoming meeting there will be a raffle from which all proceeds will go to Myton Hospice.”
