POLICE are appealing for information about a road rage incident in Southam.

Around 2pm on Thursday (July 28) the victim was driving along Deppers Bridge when he noticed a white Ford Transit van.

The van began driving erratically behind the victim’s car before overtaking it.

When in front, the van is believed to have braked suddenly, coming to a stop in front of the victim’s car.

The driver of the van then got out and shouted at the victim through the car window.

He is thought to have kicked out at the victim’s car although no damage was caused. The victim was unharmed during the incident, but was left shaken.

The van driver is described as white, in his thirties and around 6ft tall.

It is believed the incident was witnessed by a number of passing motorists and police are appealing for them to get in touch.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
