ROBBINS’ Well in Leamington has been put up for sale.
The pub, in the grade-II listed Victoria Terrace, has been been operated by Mitchells and Butlers for the past decade.
It is believed a potential sale to a property developer was on the cards but has since fallen through. The pub was set to shut last week (April 9) but will remain open for the time being.
A spokesperson for Mitchells and Butlers said: “We constantly review our estate and from time take the decision to sell a business.
“We can confirm the Robbins’ Well is on the market, however the business will continue to trade as normal while we consider the different market opportunities.”
