YOUNGSTERS are being reminded of the dangers of talking to strangers.
A Campion School student was approached by a man in a van as she walked to school on Tuesday July 5 around 11.15am.
The driver, a man believed to be in his 20s, beeped his horn at the girl on Sydenham Drive and asked her age and name before following her to school.
He was driving a small, blue transit-style van, had short dark hair and a shaven face.
Schools in the area have been alerted to this incident and their pupils warned not to talk to strangers.
