A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been re-bailed by police following the horrific car crash which killed three people in Leamington.
The smash happened on Radford Road near to the junctions of Willes Road and Eastnor Grove around 2.45am on Saturday, June 20.
It is understood a Citroen Saxo travelling out of Leamington on the A425 left the road and collided with a tree and a wall.
Emily Jennings, 27, from Warwick, Nathan Rhodes, 23, from Southam and Ryan Case, 25, from Stockton all died at the scene.
A 21-year-old man, who was also travelling in the car, was left with serious injuries and had to be taken to University Hospital in Coventry.
A 20-year-old man was arrested immediately after the crash on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was originally bailed until July 31 but this week police confirmed he had been re-bailed until September 8.
Emergency services attended the crash along with police and the road was closed for several hours while collision investigators examined the scene to determine the cause of the smash.
The stretch of road was flooded with floral tributes and cards in the aftermath of the crash.
