Nazi occupation of Jersey provides novel inspiration

AUTHOR Caroline Lea will launch her debut novel at Waterstones in Leamington next Thursday (March 3).

The Warwick resident’s historical love story When The Sky Fell Apart is set on Jersey – where the author grew up – during the 1940 occupation by the Nazis.

Caroline gained a First in English Literature and Creative Writing from Warwick University and has also had some of her poetry published.

The free launch event runs from 6pm to 8pm. Refreshments will be available.
