Nail throwing at Warwick business sparks police appeal

Leamington Editorial 14th Jun, 2016 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

A MAN with an umbrella could hold the key to more information about anti-social behaviour outside a Warwick business.

Police say nails and screws have been thrown across the forecourt of a company in Montague Road on a number of occasions over the last four months.

Incidents are known to have taken place during the evening of February 29, March 24, March 25, April 4, May 23 and June 2.

It is believed on each occasion a man has been carrying a brolly – including when it was not raining.

Officers are keen to speak to people who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area on the above dates.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
