THE YOUNG LGBT (Lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender) community in Leamington can now attend a weekly drop-in session.
Charity Push Projects are running the sessions known as Proud Youth for under 25s on Saturday afternoons at the Studio in the Jephson Gardens between noon and 3pm.
The sessions will allow people to relax, be themselves, meet new people and receive support if they require it.
Push Projects’ chair of trustees Daniel Browne said: “ Some of the young people we work are facing issues such as bullying, hate crimes, poor mental health and self-harm.
“Proud Youth exists to support those young people, while also providing a social outlet where LGBT+ young people can be themselves.
