POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a suspected road-rage incident in Leamington where a driver punched a car.
A silver Volkswagen Golf GTI is reported to have driven behind a car flashing their headlights on March 7.
The driver is then believed to have overtaken the victim’s car just before the turn for Wathen Road between Crown Way and Lillington Road.
He then braked sharply causing the car behind to stop. The man driving the Golf then got out of his car and is reported to have punched the victim’s vehicle, causing damage to the car.
The man is described as black, 5′ 6″ tall, with short black hair and stubble.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and speak to police.
