PLANS to convert offices near Leamington into a number of affordable flats have been given the go-ahead.
Social housing provider Stonewater will change the Jephson House offices on Stoneleigh Road in Blackdown into 23 flats.
The building is currently used by several businesses, including for financial and professional services.
But Stonewater say the building is not suitable to be used as office space and will move the offices to one of their other sites in the town.
The building will then be converted into 11 two-bedroom flats and 12 one-bedroom flats.
