MUSIC and sport lovers joined together to raise money for armed forces charities.
The Old Leamingtonians RFC Rugby4Heroes Festival was held in memory of fallen local servicemen and women – in particular Private Joe Whittaker from Stratford Upon Avon and Private Conrad Lewis from Claverdon – who were both killed in action in Afghanistan.
The event raised more than £5,000 for charities such as The Royal British Legion and Help for Heroes.
