A CHARITY has been awarded a £4,000 in its fight against prostate cancer.

The Graham Fulford Trust applied to receive funding from the Masonic Charitable Foundation, the country’s largest grant-giving charity.

The Warwick-based trust has helped has carried out over 75,000 PSA blood tests across the country leading to nearly over 1100 prostate cancer finds.

Graham and his team have developed strong links with Masonic, Lions Clubs, Rotarians and other groups where their target audience play a significant role, in order to help fund the events and collate information and results.

The semi-retired businessman founded the trust in 2004 following the loss of a family member and close friend to prostate cancer.
