Firefighters called to factory blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a factory fire in Radford Semele.

Three engines were needed to extinguish the blaze, which happened just after midnight on Wednesday (January 31) at a factory on Southam Road.

It was discovered in the roof, in an extractor fan above a furnace.

Ladders and hoses were used to put out the fire.
