TACHBROOK Road had to be closed off after smoke began billowing from underground.
Emergency services were called at around 12.30pm on Monday (March 12) where they discovered electrics were on fire underground.
Police shut off the road and firefighters stood by with extinguishers while the junction box was isolated.
