DEVELOPERS have put in an appeal after plans to build 250 homes in Warwick were rejected for a third time.
William Davis and Hallam Land Management applied to Warwick District Council to build the homes on the site off Gallows Hill.
But they were again turned down by councillors over the impact on local services, heritage and air pollution.
The land at Gallows Hill has been earmarked for homes in the council’s local plan, which will shape the future of the district until 2031.
The developer has now appealed the decision to the Secretary of State.
