PLANS to convert a building into a escape room and life drawing event centre have been given the green light.
Warwick District Council has approved plans to create the virtual reality and puzzle solving experience in a former office building at 27 Park Street in Leamington.
Live escape adventures were invented in Japan, and have recently taken the country by storm with rooms springing up across the country.
Leamington is the most recent town to jump on the band wagon with two other rooms also recently granted approval.
The latest offering on Park Street will also offer events including life drawing, craft workshops, pottery painting and afternoon tea.
