POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash in Long Itchington.
A man in his 70s has died after his mobility scooter was involved in a crash with a BMW on Southam Road, on Saturday (December 8) at around 9.45am.
The victim sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital but sadly died on Monday.
Road closures were in place whilst emergency services attended.
Any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage should call police on 101.
