EMERGENCY services are dealing with an overturned vehicle on the M40 northbound in Warwickshire.
Two lanes have closed following the crash between Junction 15 at Longbridge and Junction 16 at Hockley Heath causing over three miles of congestion.
Police have warned drivers to drive carefully in the poor conditions with lots of standing water.
