WOULD-BE social housing tenants in the district can again now view potential new homes.
Warwick District Council’s HomeChoice service has restarted following the lifting of government restrictions on moving home.
Up to two people are now able to view council and housing association properties advertised through the scheme, but will be required to follow strict social distancing guidelines.
District housing spokesman Coun Jan Matecki said: “The decision to recommence our HomeChoice service has only been taken following much work by our housing team to ensure that all appropriate measures are in place to protect the health and safety of those viewing and moving into our properties and our staff.
“There are a number of high quality homes in good locations available at affordable rents and I would encourage local people to take a look at what is on offer.”
