EXTINCTION Rebellion (XR) campaigners gathered in front of Shire Hall in Warwick as part of ongoing protest “Stand Up For Change.”
The protest was aimed at convincing Warwickshire County Council (WCC) to do more to tackle climate change.
XR Warwick District communications spokesman Chris Philpott said: “They are doing something but not enough. It is hoped that with the government initiatives on improving energy efficiency in buildings will be the catalyst to get WCC into action.”
A further protest is planned at Shire Hall on September 22.
