Man attacked in aggravated burglary by three masked men armed with blade

A MAN was attacked in an aggravated burglary by three masked men armed with a blade.

Police are appealing for witnesses following incident at a house on Tachbrook Road in Leamington last night (Monday).

It is reported three men entered the home at around 8.30pm, one armed with a blade, and punched one of the occupants. He sustained minor facial injuries but did not require medical treatment.

The men then left the scene. Nothing was stolen.




The suspects are described as two white men and an Asian man wearing dark tops, masks and jeans.

Det insp Cindy Stephenson said: “A number of enquiries are currently ongoing to identify and locate those responsible.


“This was an understandably a very frightening experience for the house occupants, but thankfully there were no serious injuries.”
