The Hotel Restaurant at the Warwick Arms Hotel

Looking for great food in the heart of Warwick town centre?

Then look no further than the newly refurbished Warwick Arms Hotel.

Head chef Andy has created a fantastic menu in the newly refurbished restaurant.

I started with a superb Fishcake with Poached Egg before struggling to decide from the award-winning Pie Menu, which is stocked by Mason, Harrods & Selfridges. I eventually opted for the hearty Chicken, Ham Hock & Leek accompanied by spring onion mash and seasonal vegetables.

My partner choose the Thyme & Lemon Parma Ham Chicken Breast, ratatouille with a mustard whisky sauce, again after much debate as the Seabass Fillet with herb potatoes, spinach & tomato salsa , and the Summer Pea Salad with bacon, black pudding, chorizo and parmesan breaded poached egg were also in contention.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the dishes presented to perfection, showing the all round pride the team has.

The restaurant itself has had a makeover and we felt relaxed in the stunning surroundings whilst enjoying our food and delicious cocktails, draft beer and non-alcoholic beers.

The restaurant also serves a traditional English Afternoon Tea daily between noon 5pm and coffee and homemade cakes served daily also in the lounge bar.

I’m sure once word gets about the town, which won’t be long on the evidence of our visit, the Warwick Arms will become a regular haunt for many who appreciate good food.
