WASPS are throwing their support behind a groundbreaking TV deal which will enable the club’s supporters to watch every minute of the club’s remaining games during the 2019/20 Gallagher Premiership season.

The Black and Gold’s final five home games at Ricoh Arena against Worcester Warriors (August 21), Sale Sharks (August 25), Leicester Tigers (September 9), Bristol Bears (September 13) and Exeter Chiefs (October 4) – as well as all of the club’s away games – are being shown on BT Sport after a deal was struck between the broadcaster and Premiership Rugby.

It means Wasps’ season members who do not already have a BT Sport subscription will be able to watch all of the club’s remaining home fixtures on TV or a mobile device for free.

A BT Sport Monthly Pass is also available to purchase for other Wasps supporters wanting to watch all of the club’s remaining games and for Wasps season members wishing to take in the remaining away matches.

Stephen Vaughan, Wasps Group CEO, said: “We’ve all been longing for the return of rugby for months and, while it isn’t under the circumstances we would have wished for, we are delighted an arrangement has been reached whereby our supporters can watch every minute of the action.

“The squad was flying before lockdown having recorded three wins on the bounce and we are all looking forward to seeing what the remainder of the season holds.

“Supporters are the lifeblood of the club so it’s great they’ll be able to see all of our matches.”
