LANDLORDS across the district are invited to the next industry forum.
It will be held at The SYNDI Centre in Leamington on Wednesday May 13 from 12.30pm and is being led by the private sector housing team from Warwick District Council in partnership with the local Landlord Steering Group.
Exhibitions from local specialist companies will cover aspects of property management, and a number of helpful bite-size talks will be held covering a range of topics, including the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act.
Delegates can network with other professionals, and a range of experts will be on hand to answer questions.

This forum provides the perfect opportunity for landlords, letting agents and others working in the private sector to stay informed and ask questions about this new legislation, as well as hearing about the latest updates from the council and the energy efficiency grants available.
