A KENILWORTH man charged with causing the deaths of three people in a Leamington car crash in June has been bailed until January next year.

Emily Jennings, 27, from Warwick, Nathan Rhodes, 23, from Southam and Ryan Case, 25, from Stockton died after the car they were travelling in left the road and crashed near the junction of Willes Road and Eastnor Grove on June 20.

The scene of the crash was flooded with flowers and cards paying tribute to the trio following the crash.

And in September, Jamie Riddick of Albion Street was charged with three counts of causing death by careless driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The 21-year-old went before magistrates at Leamington Justice Centre on Wednesday (October 7) where he was given conditional bail to appear at Warwick Crown Court on January 27.
