A KENILWORTH man has been charged with causing the deaths of three people in a car crash in June.
Jamie Riddick of Albion Street was charged on Tuesday (September 8) with three counts of causing death by careless driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Emily Jennings, 27, from Warwick, Nathan Rhodes, 23, from Southam and Ryan Case, 25, from Stockton died after the car they were travelling in left the road and crashed near the junction of Willes Road and Eastnor Grove in Leamington on Saturday June 20.
The 21-year-old is set to appear at Leamington Magistrates’ Court on October 7.
