A CAR transporter which is too tall to pass under the railway bridge is causing traffic to build up on Avenue Road.
The HGV, loaded with cars, was traveling towards Princes Drive around 4.15pm this afternoon (February 15) when the driver realised he would not be able to fit the vehicle and its cargo under the railway bridge.
Cars are having to overtake the transporter one at a time, negotiating traffic turning under the bridge by Victoria Park.
Traffic is advised to avoid the area if possible.
