Man punched in the head before having bike stolen

A MAN was punched in the head before having his bike stolen in Leamington.

Police are appealing for information after the robbery in Brunswick Street at around 3.30am on Easter Sunday (April 16).

The 20 year-old was assaulted by two men who then took his bike.

The men are described as two white men, one who was riding a bike and one who was around 40 years-old, around 6ft tall and wearing a white jacket and baseball hat.




A spokesman from Warwickshire Police said: “Investigating officers would like to hear from any members of the public who were in the area of Brunswick Street at the time of the incident and may have seen something, or anyone who has information which would help them with their enquiries.”
