PLANS to build 250 homes in Warwick have been refused for the third time.
Developers William Davis and Hallam Land Management applied to Warwick District Council to build 250 homes on the site off Gallows Hill.
But at a meeting on Tuesday (February 28) they were yet again turned down by councillors.
The previous plans were refused due to impact on local services and heritage and air pollution.
And despite decreasing their most recent application by ten homes, councillors said these issues had not been ‘sufficiently overcome’.
The land at Gallows Hill has been earmarked for homes in the council’s local plan, which will shape the future of the district until 2031.
