PLANS to build 90 homes in Kenilworth have been given the green light.
Warwick District Council has given the go-ahead for developers Cala Homes to build on the former Burrow Hill Garden Nursery off Hob Lane in Burton Green.
Thirty-six will be affordable and there will be a mix of one to five bedroom houses on sale.
A number of complaints were lodged against the application with neighbours saying it was out-of-keeping with the area and would add to traffic in an already busy area.
