Four-legged constituents from Dogs Trust meet Kenilworth MP

SOME of Jeremy Wright’s four-legged constituents met the MP when he dropped in to Dogs Trust Kenilworth.

The Kenilworth and Southam MP visited the centre to meet pups waiting to find loving homes and have a tour of the centre.

Mr Wright said: “I really enjoyed visiting Dogs Trust and it is fantastic to see how hard they work to ensure that all of the dogs in their care are incredibly well looked after.

“I was impressed by the passion and enthusiasm the staff have for the wellbeing of their canine residents and the way they go above and beyond to rehome so many unwanted dogs across Warwickshire.”

And charity staff were delighted to welcome Mr Wright.

Spokeswoman Helen Barlow said: “Like all of us at Dogs Trust, it is wonderful Jeremy also cares so deeply about animal welfare and it was a fantastic opportunity to catch up on key dog welfare issues that we feel so strongly about, including responsible dog ownership.”

Call the centre on 0300 303 0292 to find out more about rehoming a dog.
