Man charged following attack which left man with serious head injury

A MAN has been charged following an attack which left a man with a serious head injury.

At Warwick Magistrates Court on Tuesday (September 3), Luke Kybird, 25, of Lambourn Crescent, Leamington was charged with with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent, obstructing a constable in execution of their duty and threatening to damage or destroy property.

It follows an attack on a 19-year-old man who was left with a head injury on Radford Road on August 18.

After the attack it is alleged he threatened witnesses and gave false information to a police officer.




He was bailed to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Friday October 4.
