A Tomb With A View at Kenilworth's Priory Theatre

Leamington Editorial 1st May, 2014 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

GOTHIC comedy thriller A Tomb with a View is a popular plasy at Kenilworth’s Priory Theatre from May 7 to 17.

Hamilton Penworthy opens the show in the library of Monument house, ready to read the will of the late-departed Septimus Tomb. He is the family solicitor to the rather eccentric Tomb Family.

The Tombs are seething at the small amount of money they have been left in the will, especially as the majority of their inheritance has been given to a mystery woman. They want to know who is Miss Ash and why has she been left a fortune? Freda Ash, writer of romantic fiction, soon arrives with her secretary, young Peregrine and then, mysteriously, the corpses start to pile up.
