THE MENTAL health treatment at Hatton’s former hospital is the subject of the next Warwickshire Local History Society talk.
Society chairman Dr John Bland will speak about the history of Hatton Hospital from its beginnings in the 1850s through to its closure, focusing on its treatments, doctors, buildings and patients. He will touch on theories and attitudes towards mental health treatments over time.
The talk is at Aylesford School in Warwick on Tuesday November 19 at 7pm.
