Arrest made as police investigate Kenilworth burglary

A MAN has been arrested as police continue to investigate a burglary in Kenilworth.

Burglars broke into a house on Fishpond Road at around 1am on Saturday (July 27).

Police launched an investigation, which led to the arrest of a 47-year-old man outside Kenilworth’s railway station on Monday (August 1).

The suspect, from Birmingham, remains in custody.




DC Gavin Hampton said: “We know how distressing and frightening it can be for the victims of burglaries, and we hope this latest arrest reassures residents that we take these crimes incredibly seriously”.
