Charity is on the cards in Warwick

A CHARITY Christmas card shop has popped up in Warwick in time for the festive season.

Cards For Good Causes has opened its doors at the Visitor Information Centre in Jury Street and is stocked with Christmas cards supporting a host of causes.

As well as cards, there are also advent calendars, gifts, gift wrap, stationery and homeware for sale.

Funds will go to over 80 local and national charities.

Over the last decade, Cards For Good Causes has raised more than £20 million for a network of over 100 charities, including NSPCC, RSPCA, WaterAid, Shelter, Carers UK and The Ramblers. In addition, they have contributed over £2.5million to local churches, libraries and community projects.

The full range of cards is also available online at www.cardsforcharity.co.uk

Christine Ansell, CEO of Cards for Good Causes, said: “Each card and gift purchased in our shops makes a real difference. Not only do you support the charities we work with, but you also help keep community spaces, such as Stratford Library, alive by shopping locally.”
