THE CONSERVATIVES have strengthened their grip on Warwickshire County Council in the Local Elections.
The ruling Tory group gained six seats, and now controls 42 of the county’s 57 divisions.
Labour have six seats, four less than they had following 2017’s elections.
The Liberal Democrats are down to five seats, three down on their 2017 total.
The Green Party gained one seat, moving up to three, while the Whitnash Residents Association retained their only seat.
