A FORMER children’s nursery in Leamington is set to be converted into a family home.
Catherine House Day Nursery on Sherbourne Place has stood empty for nearly four years.
Warwick District Council has given the go-ahead to convert the former building into a home with at least four bedrooms.
The nursery closed in 2015.
