A FORMER office block in Leamington looks set to be converted into flats.
The four storey building on Brandon Parade, at the junction of Holly Walk and Willes Road, is to be turned into 13 apartments if planning permission is granted to developers.
The exterior of the building would remain the same, but inside would be turned into five one-bedroom flats, six two-bedroom flats and two studios.
