A GO-KARTING schoolboy is set to race into the lead after competing at a number of championships.
Will Atreed from Chase Meadow is taking part in the Super One British Karting Championship, which sees him compete at tracks across the country.
The 12 year-old Aylesford School pupil was kitted out for the races in a fireproof suit and helmet by Warwick Rotarians who donated £500 to his cause.
The youngster – who whizzes around the track at up to 60 mph – recently visited the group to thank them for their support and show them his beloved go-kart.
