PUPILS at North Leamington School are celebrating success with a haul of impressive GCSE results.
In English and maths 79 per cent scooped the equivalent of A* to C grades.
Top marks went to Madelaine Milner who received ten A*s and Ellie Ashton who walked away with nine A* grades.
Headteacher Joy Mitchell, said: “It has been an incredibly challenging year for both students and staff as they have grappled with syllabus and assessment changes and many unknowns.
“I’m delighted and very proud of what we have achieved during this turbulent time. Credit must go to both the staff and students for the resilience and commitment they have shown in striving to achieve the very best outcomes. I would also like to thank our parents and carers for their support in making this year such a success.”
