Leamington care home offers slap-up meal to emergency services

Leamington Editorial 17th Jan, 2023   0

CUBBINGTON Mill is giving back to its local emergency services.

The Leamington-based care home has opened its doors to emergency services personnel in their local area and providing them with a ‘blue light breakfast’.

It is staff and residents’ way of saying thank you to the paramedics, nurses, police officers and other emergency services workers who don’t always have time to go home or back to their workplace on their break.

The care home team is providing free food and drink to all emergency service staff on Monday mornings.

Laura Russell the General Manager of Cubbington Mill, said: “We are pleased to offer all of our local service workers who stop in tea, coffee, juice, chilled water, delicious bacon sandwhich or selection of fruit, available free of charge. Our comfortable facilities include service with a smile. Do stop in and say hi, we would be delighted to see you.”
