A PHOTOGRAPHIC Society is hoping its latest exhibition will be an added attraction to those visiting Leamington for the Commonwealth Games.
Leamington Photographic Society’s Style Group is holding a three-day exhibition entitled ‘Work in Progress’ at All Saints’ Parish Church from Friday (August 5).
As well as individual work, 12 Style Group members again undertook the popular ‘Take Twelve’ challenge to photograph 12 subjects over 12 months. This year members chose 12 topics reflecting life and views of Leamington.
Shown together on a large panel, the five-inch square photographs aim to provide a fascinating take on ‘style’.
Group co-ordinator, Stefan Shillington, said: “In addition to the popular Take Twelve we hope people will again enjoy our individual members’ eclectic mixture of styles and subjects”.
The Style Group Exhibition is free and runs from 2pm to 5.30pm on Friday (August 5), 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday (August 6) and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday (August 7).
