PLANS have been submitted to turn a house in Lillington into a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
Mittesh Tanna has applied to Warwick District Council to turn the building at 2 East Dene into a four-room HMO.
Council officers have yet to decide whether to give the application the green light.
