A ‘PROLIFIC’ beggar has been ordered by magistrates not to ask for money in the town.
David White, who is known locally as Ozzy, has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order by Leamington Magistrates Court.
The order is the fourth secured by police in a bid to tackle begging in the town.
It stops Mr White from asking the public for money, sitting on the pavement or shop doorways in Leamington and placing a hat or cup on the ground in such a way which may encourage people to give him money.
