A MAN suffered serious injuries after being attacked by a gang wielding blades.
The 28-year-old man was taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries to his leg when he was attacked at the junction of Forfield Place and Radford Road in Leamington at around 1am on Friday (January 25).
Police are appealing to anyone with information or who saw the attack.
Det sgt Gavin Lambert said: “We believe a group of six to eight men were involved in the attack, some of whom were carrying blades.
“We have launched a thorough enquiry to establish exactly what happened and who is responsible. We’re appealing for anyone with information to contact us.”
