THE GLOBAL spirit of Christmas was celebrated at a Nativity Festival in Wellesbourne.
The Methodist Church on Bridge Street featured more than 100 nativity sets from around the world and local community.
It included a knitted nativity made by the church congregation, a Kenyan scene made from dried banana leaves and displays from as far afield as Kenya, Peru and Russia.
Donations given at the free festival went to the Salvation Army.
