NEW mums need to take care of the mental well being – that is message of Maternal Mental Health Matters Week.
Bump2baby Reality, a local antenatal provider in association with NHS perinatal mental health service service user group By Your Side, will be holding a fund-raiser at Leek Wootton Village Hall on Wednesday May 2.
Help and advice will be on offer, including workshops for expectant and new mums raising awareness of mental health issues, and there will also be a ‘Bake Off’ and more.
